Pistol Pete's No Beans And Rice

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 -4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 add rice to the pan and add required amount of chicken stock for your cooking method.
  • 2 add one clove of sliced garlic, oregano, cumin, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and salt.
  • 3 cook to achieve desired consistency. rice makers have worked best for me.
