Ingredients
- 1/2 lb wide egg noodles or 1/2 lb pasta
 - salt
 - 3 tablespoons butter
 - freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
 - fresh ground black pepper
 
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles in salted boiling water according to package direction until tender. drain and return to pot. add remaining ingredients and toss until butter melts. serve hot.
