- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
Recipe
- 1 in sauce pan bring soup, stock, and water and mushrooms to boil.
- 2 add rice, stir and cover for 10 minutes.
