- 1/2 kg mussels
- 125 g macaroni
- water
- parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- lettuce
Recipe
- 1 boil mussels in the water with the parsley and garlic.
- 2 take out fish and sieve the water, but keep water and use to boil the macaroni.
- 3 place the lettuce and macaroni on a dish and put mussels on top.
- 4 garnish with parsley.
