Ingredients
- 1/2 lb package extra wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- 2 preheat oven to 375.
- 3 in large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, parsley, basil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper; mix well.
- 4 stir in noodles.
- 5 spoon into greased 8-inch baking dish.
- 6 bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly, topping with cheddar cheese during last 5 minutes of baking.
- 7 refrigerate any leftovers.
