Noodles Romanoff

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb package extra wide egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  • 2 preheat oven to 375.
  • 3 in large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, parsley, basil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper; mix well.
  • 4 stir in noodles.
  • 5 spoon into greased 8-inch baking dish.
  • 6 bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly, topping with cheddar cheese during last 5 minutes of baking.
  • 7 refrigerate any leftovers.
