- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) soup can water
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a covered casserole dish.
- 2 cover and bake at 350 degrees until rice absorbs liquid, about 1 hour.
