- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, well-drained
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
- 1/2 cup whipped cream, whipped
Recipe
- 1 combine rice, sugar, salt and vanilla.
- 2 add pineapple; chill 1 hour.
- 3 add marshmallows and fold in whipped cream.
- 4 chill until serving time.
