Ingredients

- 2 cups oats
- 3/4 cup oat bran
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a plastic container or resealable bag. mix.
- 2 combine 1/3 cup of the mixture with equal amount of milk or water.
- 3 refridgerate overnight.
- 4 in the morning, combine with yogurt and eat cold or microwave for a hot breakfast.
- 5 can store the rest of the mix in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
