Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cup oat bran
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a plastic container or resealable bag. mix.
  • 2 combine 1/3 cup of the mixture with equal amount of milk or water.
  • 3 refridgerate overnight.
  • 4 in the morning, combine with yogurt and eat cold or microwave for a hot breakfast.
  • 5 can store the rest of the mix in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
