Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs hamburger
- 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (26 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (26 ounce) can water (the empty soup can)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl mix hamburger, rice and egg.
- 2 get your hands in and mix well.
- 3 form mixture into meatball shape.
- 4 pour soup into a large saucepan.
- 5 add water.
- 6 heat to simmer over medium heat.
- 7 lower temp to low.
- 8 drop meatballs into soup.
- 9 simmer for about 30 minute.
- 10 serve with mashed potatoes if you like.
- 11 enjoy.
