Korean Beef Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green onions
Recipe
- 1 mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper and ginger.
- 2 heat olive oil ovr medium heat.
- 3 add garlic, stirring constantly until fragrant (1 min).
- 4 add ground beef (1lb for full recipe), crumble.
- 5 drain fat.
- 6 stir in sauce mix and onions until combined, simmer until heated.
- 7 serve over rice.
