Korean Beef Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions

Recipe

  • 1 mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper and ginger.
  • 2 heat olive oil ovr medium heat.
  • 3 add garlic, stirring constantly until fragrant (1 min).
  • 4 add ground beef (1lb for full recipe), crumble.
  • 5 drain fat.
  • 6 stir in sauce mix and onions until combined, simmer until heated.
  • 7 serve over rice.
