Ingredients

- 1/4 lb fettuccine or 1/4 lb egg noodles
- 5 ounces frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until almost tender.
- 2 add peas and cook until peas and fettuccine are just tender, about 2 minutes, drain well.
- 3 return to pot.
- 4 add butter and poppy seeds.
- 5 season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
