Ingredients
- 9 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried fruit
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 store in a covered container.
- 3 mix with milk the night before serving and keep in the refridgerator over night or pour on warm milk ten minutes before serving.
