Lori's Yahki

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 small green pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 lb colby cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 3/4-1 cup sweet hot chili sauce
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1 head soft lettuce (separated)

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef and onion.
  • 2 let cool slightly.
  • 3 stir in the green pepper, cheeses, rice, sauce, salt and pepper.
  • 4 wrap mix in lettce to eat.
  • 5 yum!
