Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small green pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 lb colby cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 3/4-1 cup sweet hot chili sauce
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1 head soft lettuce (separated)
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and onion.
- 2 let cool slightly.
- 3 stir in the green pepper, cheeses, rice, sauce, salt and pepper.
- 4 wrap mix in lettce to eat.
- 5 yum!
