Ingredients

- 1 potato
- 2 1/2 ounces red caviar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1/4 onion (grated)
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- fresh pita bread
Recipe
- 1 boil potato until tender.
- 2 drain. peel. rice.
- 3 stir in the caviar.
- 4 blend oil in with a mixer until smooth.
- 5 stir in lemon juice, yogurt and onion.
- 6 season.
- 7 serve with pita.
