Loramasaltata

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 potato
  • 2 1/2 ounces red caviar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1/4 onion (grated)
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • fresh pita bread

Recipe

  • 1 boil potato until tender.
  • 2 drain. peel. rice.
  • 3 stir in the caviar.
  • 4 blend oil in with a mixer until smooth.
  • 5 stir in lemon juice, yogurt and onion.
  • 6 season.
  • 7 serve with pita.
