Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- olive oil
- flour
- capers
- garlic
- wine
- herbs
- salt and pepper (not to much)
Recipe
- 1 bring oil to med/hi heat.
- 2 dredge chicken in flour.
- 3 heat chicken until 80-90 percent cooked.
- 4 drain oil.
- 5 for sauce.
- 6 add wine about 1/2 way up the side of the pan.
- 7 pour in everything else.
- 8 reduce down to almost a glaze on the chicken.
- 9 serve over rice.
