Lemon Caper Chicken

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • flour
  • capers
  • garlic
  • wine
  • herbs
  • salt and pepper (not to much)

Recipe

  • 1 bring oil to med/hi heat.
  • 2 dredge chicken in flour.
  • 3 heat chicken until 80-90 percent cooked.
  • 4 drain oil.
  • 5 for sauce.
  • 6 add wine about 1/2 way up the side of the pan.
  • 7 pour in everything else.
  • 8 reduce down to almost a glaze on the chicken.
  • 9 serve over rice.
