Pms Broccoli Ziti Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 8 ounces ziti pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups broccoli florets or 1 (14 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dried)
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook ziti in boiling salted water according to pkg.
- 2 instructions; drain; place in large mixing bowl and set aside.
- 3 heat oil in skillet and saute onion and garlic until tender, then add to ziti and mix well.
- 4 cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes until tender; drain.
- 5 add broccoli, parsley and basil to ziti.
- 6 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 7 mix in the three cheeses.
- 8 pour mixture into a 3 quart casserole which has been lightly oiled or sprayed with pam.
- 9 cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
