Ingredients

- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon butter
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan with a good fitting lid bring chicken broth and butter to a boil.
- 2 add rice and stir.
- 3 cover and reduce heat to medium low. cook for 20 minutes. do not lift lid!
- 4 remove from heat and fluff with fork. serve!
