Penne Gorgonzola

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup gorgonzola
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground

Recipe

  • 1 cook penne pasta according to directions on package.
  • 2 drain the pasta and return to pot.
  • 3 add all remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is completely melted.
