- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup gorgonzola
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
Recipe
- 1 cook penne pasta according to directions on package.
- 2 drain the pasta and return to pot.
- 3 add all remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is completely melted.
