- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup golden raisin
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 orange, zest of

Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. toss gently until well mixed.
- 2 cover and let stand at room temperature about 2 hours before serving.
