Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, seeded & coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced & chopped
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup canned corn, drained
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (or fresh lemon juice)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 lb bow tie pasta, cooked & drained
Recipe
- 1 in a large serving bowl, combine tomatoes through salt.
- 2 add freshly cooked, drained hot pasta to sauce bowl, stirring to coat.
