Mushroom Stew

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lb canned creamed corn
  • 2 lbs canned cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • red & green pepper (optional)
  • onion (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 fry up the beef, peppers & onions, & when slightly brown, add mushrooms. finish browning the beef, and add corn & mushroom stew.
  • 2 simmer until soup is hot. let cool for 2 minutes. serve over rice or egg noodles.
  • 3 enjoy!
