Mushroom Stew

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb canned creamed corn
- 2 lbs canned cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- red & green pepper (optional)
- onion (optional)
Recipe
- 1 fry up the beef, peppers & onions, & when slightly brown, add mushrooms. finish browning the beef, and add corn & mushroom stew.
- 2 simmer until soup is hot. let cool for 2 minutes. serve over rice or egg noodles.
