Muesli Bar

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients. melt butter and syrup then stir into the dry mix.
  • 2 press into a tin lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
  • 3 let it cool until it is just warm to the touch, then slice with a bread knife into bars.
