- 10 ounces linguine, cooked
- 1 chopped roma tomato
- 6 ounces sliced black jumbo olives
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon pimiento
- 1 tablespoon diced fresh basil leaf (ab10 to 12 leaves)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook linguini and rince in cold water till cool.
- 2 mix all ingredients and serve chilled.
