Meatloaf Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb meatloaf mix, raw
- 1 (8 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- salt
- cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 3 layer half of the cooked rice on the bottom of the dish, half of the corn, half of raw meat and half of the tomato sauce.
- 4 repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
- 5 season each layer with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 bake covered for 45-50 minutes at 375 until meat is cooked through.
- 7 let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
