Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3/8 cup butter
- 1 large lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon unrefined sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon curd
Recipe
- 1 in a small non reactive pan slowly melt the butter.
- 2 zest the lemon and put the zest in the butter.
- 3 juice the lemon and add to pan.
- 4 add the salt and sugar.
- 5 add the lemon curd and stir until curd is dissolved and sauce has thickened. remove from heat.
- 6 warm the sauce just before use. pour over chicken, fish and/or rice.
