- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup long grain rice
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, bring water and lemon juice to a boil.
- 2 stir in rice, cover, reduce heat, and simmer until the liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
- 3 stir in lemon zest; season with salt and pepper.
