Pepperoni Pasta Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 ounces tri-colored pasta
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 ounces cubed marbled colby-monterey jack cheese
  • 3 ounces pepperoni, cut in half
  • 1 cup italian dressing (i use kraft light done right house italian)

Recipe

  • 1 cook rotini pasta according to package directions.
  • 2 drain and rinse the pasta in cold water.
  • 3 add the rest of the ingredients; mix and refrigerate.
