Mushroom Soup With Noodles

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  • 2 cut the onion and add to a skillet ( with butter and oil ) and cook until tender.
  • 3 add the mushrooms and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 in a pot add the water and bullion cubes
  • 5 take the skin off of carrots and cut in 2 inch cubes and add to the pot.
  • 6 when water starts to boil add the mushrooms to the pot and reduce heat.
  • 7 in a seprate pot cook the pasta.
  • 8 add the flour to the soup.
  • 9 when the carrots become tender the soup is ready.
  • 10 note: do not add the noodles to the pot.
