Meatballs In Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 -1 1/4 lb ground beef
• 1 cup bread cubes
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1/2 teaspoon dried onion
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
• 30 ounces cream of mushroom soup
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1/8 cup dried onion
• 1/4 tablespoon parsley
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 pinch oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients and form meatballs.
• 2 bake or fry until done.
• 3 combine sauce ingredients, pour over meatballs.
• 4 simmer at least 2 hours or 4 to 5 hours in crockpot.
• 5 serve over rice.
