Peppered Crostini

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf crusty italian bread, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • freshly ground sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 place bread slices in a single layer on a shallow baking pan.
  • 2 lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • 3 generously grind black pepper over the bread and add a few grinds of sea salt to taste. enjoy!
  • 4 bake at 350ºf for 12-15 minutes until crisp and lightly browned.
