Peanut Butter Protein Granola

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/3 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt the margarine, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- 2 add vanilla, salt, and protein powder.
- 3 when mixture is well combined, add the rolled oats and raisins, if desired.
- 4 spread onto cookie sheet or 13x9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. allow it to cool in the pan.
- 5 break it into pieces and store in an airtight container.
