Peanut Butter Protein Granola

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/3 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 melt the margarine, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
  • 2 add vanilla, salt, and protein powder.
  • 3 when mixture is well combined, add the rolled oats and raisins, if desired.
  • 4 spread onto cookie sheet or 13x9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. allow it to cool in the pan.
  • 5 break it into pieces and store in an airtight container.
