Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, dry
Recipe
- 1 bring 6 cups water to boil in large pot.
- 2 add macaroni and boil 6-8 minutes.
- 3 drain.
- 4 in annother pot, over medium heat, slowly melt the butter.
- 5 remove from heat.
- 6 stir flour and salt into melted butter until mixture is smooth.
- 7 slowly add milk, stirring to avoid lumps.
- 8 return pan to heat.
- 9 cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
- 10 add cheese.
- 11 cook until cheese melts.
- 12 add macaroni and stir.
