- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup dried onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 poblano pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix tomato paste into broth until well-mixed. all all ingredients to rice cooker, stir, set to cook. fluff with a fork when done.
