Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups minute rice, cooked
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen peas
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
Recipe
- 1 cook ground beef, celery and onion.
- 2 drain off fat.
- 3 add cooked rice, peas, tomato sauce and soup.
- 4 cook until peas are done.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste. enjoy!
