Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb small elbow macaroni
- boiling salt water
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 lb.)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 following package directions, cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- 2 drain thoroughly.
- 3 melt butter in pot over medium-high heat, add milk, drained macaroni, cheese and paprika.
- 4 cook, stirring until cheese is melted.
- 5 season to taste with salt and pepper.
