Macaroni & Cheese

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb small elbow macaroni
  • boiling salt water
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 lb.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 following package directions, cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  • 2 drain thoroughly.
  • 3 melt butter in pot over medium-high heat, add milk, drained macaroni, cheese and paprika.
  • 4 cook, stirring until cheese is melted.
  • 5 season to taste with salt and pepper.
