Ingredients

- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and onions over medium high heat until meat is cooked through and onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
- 2 add spices.
- 3 stir in rice, beans, chilies and tomato.
- 4 stir until heated through about 3-5 minutes.
