Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cups macaroni noodles
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f. grease 3 quart casserole dish.
- 2 melt butter in large saucepan, whisk in flour, add salt, pepper and minced onion. slowly add milk, stir continuously until mixture comes to a boil. reduce heat and add cubed velveeta cheese. continue stirring until cheese has melted.
- 3 meanwhile cook macaroni nooddles until desired consistancy. drain noodles.
- 4 combine cheese sauce and noodles in prepared casserole dish. bake for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and beginning to brown on edges.
