Macaroni & Cheese Deluxe

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups macaroni noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups american cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 quart stewed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry onion flakes
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve cornstarch in milk in a mixing bowl.
  • 2 add noodles, cheese, tomatoes and onion flakes.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 transfer to mixture into a greased baking pan.
  • 5 slice the butter into pats.
  • 6 cover the top of the macaroni mixture with the butter pats.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees for a half and hour, uncovered.
  • 8 let sit 10 minutes.
  • 9 serve and enjoy.
