Oat Bran Smoothie!

Ingredients
1 cup ice cube
1 cup skim milk
1 banana, sliced (or 1 cup any fruit fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup oat bran, uncooked
2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
1 place all ingredients in a blender. blend. should be smooth and thick.
