- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 1/2 cups chunky hot spicy salsa
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 in 12� skillet, heat oil, add rice.
- 2 cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 4 bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
