Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 19 ounces kidney beans, undrained
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 cups brown rice, cooked
Recipe
- 1 chop onion and red pepper.
- 2 saute in olive oil with garlic clove for 3min.
- 3 add in kidney beans, oregano and chili powder.
- 4 stir gently until hot and water is absorbed.
- 5 serve over brown rice.
