Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears (any variety)
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- lettuce leaf (optional)
Recipe
- 1 core the pears and cut into small bite size pieces.
- 2 split the cucumbers in half length-wise and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoons
- 3 slice cucumbers into thin slices.
- 4 combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
- 5 serve on bed of lettuce leaves.
