Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Recipe
- 1 add eggs, milk and yogurt to blender. mix well.
- 2 slowly stir in the rest of the ingredients until well mixed.
