Oat Flour Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour (grind oatmeal in food processor)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup blueberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375. spray (grease) small cake pan.
- 2 sift together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. add vegetable oil, water, milk, honey and wisk. add blueberries. pour into cake pan.
- 3 bake 15-20 minutes.
- 4 makes 6 servings.
