Oat Flour Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour (grind oatmeal in food processor)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375. spray (grease) small cake pan.
  • 2 sift together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. add vegetable oil, water, milk, honey and wisk. add blueberries. pour into cake pan.
  • 3 bake 15-20 minutes.
  • 4 makes 6 servings.
