Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups barley
- 6 cups water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lime, juice of
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 rince the barley and drain.
- 2 boil water in a casserole and add the barley.
- 3 cover and cook 1 hour at low heat or until barley is tender and water is absorbed.
- 4 add olive oil and lime juice. salt and pepper if you want and serve.
