Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth
- 10 ounces water
- 1/2-3/4 cup salsa
- 1 cup rice, long grain
Recipe
- 1 mix the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer until the rice is cooked.
- 2 i usually sprinkle the rice with green onions to dress the dish up.
