Perfect Rice-oat Milk {vegan}

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dry long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup unsweeteened apple juice
  • 1/2 cup dry quick oats
  • water, as needed

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice,oats and generous amount of water in pot until done rice should be extra tender and oats will be cooked.
  • 2 put cooked rice/oat mixture in blender and blend with the unsweeteened apple juice and water{after i put the cooked rice/oats and juice in the blender i pour water in until the mixture reaches the 5 cup mark}.
  • 3 blend starting on low for 2 min the on high for 3-5 min unyil completely smooth.
  • 4 transfer finished 'milk' into old jug or pitcher and enjoy.
