Perfect Rice-oat Milk {vegan}

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dry long grain rice
- 1/2 cup unsweeteened apple juice
- 1/2 cup dry quick oats
- water, as needed
Recipe
- 1 cook rice,oats and generous amount of water in pot until done rice should be extra tender and oats will be cooked.
- 2 put cooked rice/oat mixture in blender and blend with the unsweeteened apple juice and water{after i put the cooked rice/oats and juice in the blender i pour water in until the mixture reaches the 5 cup mark}.
- 3 blend starting on low for 2 min the on high for 3-5 min unyil completely smooth.
- 4 transfer finished 'milk' into old jug or pitcher and enjoy.
