Pesto Fettuccine Alfredo With Mushrooms

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups cooked fettuccine pasta (fresh is best)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons pesto sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat butter over medium-high heat until melted.
  • 2 add mushrooms, sautéing 3 minutes.
