Pesto Fettuccine Alfredo With Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked fettuccine pasta (fresh is best)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons pesto sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat butter over medium-high heat until melted.
- 2 add mushrooms, sautéing 3 minutes.
