Low-fat-sesame-orange Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and mix dressing in a small bowl with a whisk or, combine ingredients with a tight-fitting lid and shake to blend. if you aren't going to use it the same day, keep it tightly covered in the fridge. it lasts about a week.
