Licorice Slice

Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk, may come in a tube
- 250 g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 1/2 cup hazelnut meal
- 400 g licorice, allsorts
- 150 g chocolate
- 30 g copha
Recipe
- 1 grease and line a 19 x 9 loaf pan with baking paper leaving an overhang on the long sides.
- 2 place butter and milk in saucepan over low heat.
- 3 stir till butter melts and mixture is smooth, cool.
- 4 add biscuits, hazelnut meal and licorice to butter mixture, combine well.
- 5 press into prepared tin, smooth surface.
- 6 chill 30 minutes or till set.
- 7 melt choc and copha together gently in microwave.
- 8 pour over slice, chill further 2 hours.
